Olga is originally from the Republic of Moldova. She is a Biologist and Environmental Scientist and is very passionate about science education and communication. Olga has an MSc in Biology, Teaching of Biology and Chemistry. She has more than 16 years of teaching experience working with students at different levels - from elementary to graduate school. While working as a lecturer at the Moldova State University, Olga coordinated a program in Biology and Chemistry for gifted children. These experiences complemented her knowledge of the psychology of different ages and helped her to develop a personalized approach to every student. Olga also has a PhD in Biology, and an MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy.

Olga is a learning facilitator: her main goal working with students is to boost their natural curiosity and to teach them how to learn.
